What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a Temporary Sales Assistant to represent the Never Fully Dressed brand across our London pop up stores this summer. This role requires an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious individual to represent the brand, provide the BEST customer service and, most importantly, spread our feel good messaging!

Responsibilities:

• Provide NFD styling advice to all customers to ensure the best possible in-store experience

• Engage with customers sharing the brand story and ethos and build ongoing positive relationships with customers to boost brand loyalty,

• Maximise sales at every opportunity

• Efficient management of stock, deliveries and merchandising shop floor•Maintaining and clean and presentable shop floorat all times

• Opportunities to create content to promote the store on NFD social channels

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be a fun, energetic individual with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hardworking, motivated with a positive outlook. Retail experience preferred but not required.

Spitalfields Pop-Up Retail Assistant

Terms: Last Sunday Of The Month

Shifts: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Store Opening - 10:30am - 5pm)

Location: Old Spitalfields Market 16 Horner Square, London E1 6EW (Would also need to be able to pick up stock from our offices in Loughton)

What you’ll be doing

As part of the Spitalfields team, you will be hosting our pop-up at Old Spitalfields Market, selling our PreLoved, one-off samples and NFD archive pieces. It is a great way to promote our circular fashion initiative and spread the word of NFD PreLoved, to new & existing customers. The role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for circular fashion, connecting with customers and a love for styling.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the message of NFD PreLoved & the brand origin story

• Help and style customers

• Drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement

• Ensure that stall setup is elevated & as required

• Maintain an inviting and happy retail space

• Communicate any customer feedback to the wider team.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferably in fashion)

• Strong styling sense and a passion for NFD as a brand

• Energetic, positive & pro-active personality

Must be able to drive our iconic ‘Boob van’ to & from Spitalfields – with stock & set up equipment
