WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Senior Fashion Designer, you will lead the creative development of collections from concept through to final product, working closely with the wider design, buying, merchandising, and production teams. You’ll be instrumental in evolving the brand aesthetic while ensuring collections remain commercially successful, inclusive, and exciting for our growing international customer base.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

•Leading the design and development of seasonal collections across multiple product categories

•Driving creative direction with fresh ideas, elevated design thinking, and a strong understanding of the NFD brand identity

•Identifying and translating emerging trends, customer insights, and market opportunities into commercially successful collections

•Creating detailed CADs, tech packs, prints, embroidery concepts, and design specifications for suppliers

•Owning the design process from initial concept through to fittings, sampling, and final sign-off

•Planning Design and development trips to support the Range building

•Collaborating closely with buying, merchandising, garment tech, and production teams to ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest standard

•Working directly with factories and suppliers to develop fabrics, trims, silhouettes, and new product innovations

•Supporting and mentoring junior members of the design team, helping to foster a collaborative and inspiring creative environment

•Ensuring collections align with business strategy, global growth plans, and customer demand

•Contributing to the evolution of the brand by constantly bringing new ideas, inspiration, and energy to the table

•Maintaining awareness of competitor activity, market shifts, and international fashion trends

•Supporting campaign and content teams with styling direction and collection storytelling where needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Sales Assistant at Never Fully Dressed you will be a core representative of the brand within the US, working closely with the Store Manager to build an inclusive and empowering community. In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing the brand to life delivering NFD styling, exceptional customer service, driving sales and supporting daily store operations. You’ll create a feel good, inclusive store experience for all customers whilst driving store performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs

You’ll be responsible for:

•Customer Service: Deliver exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all customers—creating an inclusive, memorable store experience—through conversational selling, strong floor presence, upselling, styling, and proactive relationship-building. Build and maintain a strong client book through consistent outreach and follow-up to drive sales targets.

•Styling &Product Knowledge: Provide personalized styling advice tailored to each customer’s needs and lifestyle while maintaining up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of current collections, key pieces, fits, fabrics, seasonal trends, and NFD styling to confidently communicate the brand’s USPs and maximize selling opportunities.

•Store Standards & Operations: Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards while ensuring strong shop floor etiquette, supporting stock replenishment and inventory accuracy. Assist with POS and cash handling, as well as keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.

Retail Experience: Retail experience preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential

Systems: knowledge of Shopify POS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, inventory management and cash handling

A retail store manager is part leader, part sales driver, part problem-solver, and part operations expert —keeping the store profitable, the team motivated, and customers happy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the team in our new London Store. As Store Manager at Never Fully Dressed you will be a core representative of the brand, working closely with the Retail & Marketing Ops Manager to build an inclusive and empowering community. In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing the brand to life delivering NFD styling, exceptional customer service, driving sales, training a motivated sales team and managing daily store operations. You’ll create a feel-good, inclusive store experience for all customers whilst driving store performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs. 

You’ll be responsible for 

• The Store Manager is positioned as the link between store staff and upper management - communicating company updates, goals and initiatives to keep the team engaged in overall business objectives. 
• Manage the day-to-day running of the London store to ensure success of hitting sales targets and store goals. 
• Manage store operations, including rotas, payroll, health and safety, and compliance. 
• Maintain store standards in line with Never Fully Dressed expectations, ensuring we create memorable, inclusive store experiences for all customers. 
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to manage inventory levels to prevent overstock and ensure the right product mix is available in store to hit targets. 
• Develop the growth of a high-performing retail team, providing ongoing training and reporting on individual development. Managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development. 
• Provide consistent reporting on store performance and highlight opportunities for growth to the Head Office team. 
• Act as a brand representative, driving regional brand awareness through clear and consistent storytelling. Supporting brand events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR  

• Retail Experience: an experienced retail manager, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail. 
• Commercially aware, with experience delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs. 
• Systems: Knowledge of Shopify POS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, inventory management and cash handling. 
• Problem-Solver: Ability to adapt and find solutions in response to challenges, align with local activity or seasonal changes to ensure targets can be met.
