Please note that pilling is a natural characteristic of knitted fabrics and may occur over time, especially in areas subject to friction such as underarms, sides, and sleeves. Pilling is an natural result of many soft yarns and does not affect the durability or functionality of the garment. To control, avoid excessive friction from bags and rough surfaces, and use a fabric comb or de-pilling device to gently remove pills as needed.

Returns:

As a smaller, independent business we currently do not offer free returns however in the UK we are able to offer exchanges and returns for store credit if you opt for either of these two options we will cover the shipping cost of the return.

We’re happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition with all original tags attached within 28 days...This excludes masks & earrings

We accept returns for scent items (i.e. perfumes, candles) that are damaged, faulty, or unopened. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if the plastic seal around the box has been removed.
