No issues with the delivery and I must add I’m a big fan of NFD. Possibly 50% of my wardrobe, but this top is not for me. The matching skirt was 2 sizes too big. This was the correct size but the short side on the asymmetric design came above my waistline. I also prefer a more vibrant pink. Sadly the top and skirt were returned.

I’ve reached out for help after my order came and both pieces were NOT sewn correctly (this was a classic — photos vs what you get from a cheap brand experience). The top was sloppily sewn and not true to size measurements. The skirt was even worse—the waist was about a foot larger than it should be and the seams were also very sloppy/unfinished). I reached out to let them know about the messed up sewing and to see if I could get a return, but customer service has been really slow and confusing. At first, offering me either 10% for a seamstress (no one in my area could do it for that cheap—like $30??? Insane) or a full return. I emailed back with my order number and asked to return and was sent another email that offered me a 15% refund. I was confused, and emailed screenshots of our earlier conversation and asked for the return label again. No one has responded. Super low quality garment, totally all entirely made of plastic, as well. I would really appreciate being able to return!
