Cheaply made and fell apart in first wear

I wore this skirt once on a night out and due to the weight of the skirt it ripped while I was standing and left me in a state of undress. I had to walk home holding the skirt up. The skirt is really heavy and the chains holding it together is not enough to keep it up. Luckily I was close to home but could have left me in a compromising position if I wasn't.
