    Returns - As a smaller, independent business we currently do not offer free returns however in the UK we are able to offer exchanges and returns for store credit if you opt for either of these two options we will cover the shipping cost of the return.

So disappointing for the price, the tassels are paper, one spilt drink and the bag would have been ruined. Not worth the money.

Bag sadly not premium

The bag arrived with bent over straw strands. This completely changed its look and was impossible to remove the creases. Demonstrated how it was likely to wear poorly so I decided to return not exchange It looked much cheaper than a £100
bag should. Such a shame as I love this brand
