Not happy with These trousers

The trousers shown in the video on NFD Homepage are gorgeous - they seem so light and seem to Flow and the material looks soft!
I ordered the trousers for exactly the fact, shown in the video.
But I received something completely different… The trousers are stiff and the material is itchy - I am very unhappy with my purchase and by no way will I wear them 😕
I bought the Poppyseed dress and absolutely love it!
