    Returns - As a smaller, independent business we currently do not offer free returns however in the UK we are able to offer exchanges and returns for store credit if you opt for either of these two options we will cover the shipping cost of the return.

Not great

Ordered bag for ascot and on arrival noticed some beads were missing. Couldn’t do a swap, needed to reorder and return the original which meant two amounts paid whilst waiting for refund. Received new bag, all okay. However, only used once, at Ascot, and a number of beads came off. I was sitting at a table, bag next to me, so nothing lively, and the beads were on the table so it didn’t take much for them to come off! I am very disappointed, obviously can’t return as it’s been used (once, for a few hours) but the labels have been removed. I don’t recommend buying this. Looks nice but not worth the cost. Sorry
